A really important part of counter punching is using the feint to trigger an opponent. After the trigger comes the defense...then comes the attack! These boxing drills are designed to help you build that concept of trigger, defend, attack. These counter punching boxing drills are all for use at long range. They are simple. We don't over-complicate boxing and therefore we should not over-complicate our boxing drills. All of the best counter punchers in boxers trigger the opponent. A popular misconception is that somehow counter punchers wait around to see what happens. They don't. The best counter punchers are proactive in creating their opportunities. There are 3 boxing drills to master here, and these drills are run for 3 rounds of 2 minutes each round. Round 1 - Boxing Drill 1 - Feint, back hand block, one two Round 2 - Boxing Drill 2 - Feint, push out, push in, one two Round 3 - Boxing Drill 3 - Feint body, left hook head, right hook head In the video I talk you through each second of each round of the boxing drills.
