Description: In this video Guitarist Mariano Delgado demonstrates Study 8 of 12 from the JazzDuets Next Level Minor Chord techniques course originally written for Saxophone. (now available in tabs) In this study the notes of the F Hendrix Pentatonic are featured. These are F, Ab, A, C and Eb. This is an interesting sound to superimpose on top of the minor as this Pentatonic includes the Major and Minor 3rd. Playing the Major 3rd over a Minor chord creates interest and spice.
