First you enter the boots of the spider man costume, then you pull up the costume until your hips. Now enter the arms of the spider-man suit and make sure the hands are in the right position. When the arms are in place you can insert your head into the costume's mask, that has a 3D printed face shell inside. Be careful not to force the zipper, which begins and ends underneath your arm pits. What you see me do is grab hold of the zipper on both ends so that Steve can easily slide into the suit. Once the spider man suit is worn, the zipper can't be forced any more and Steve a.k.a. spiderman can make any move he wants. Always spend some time making sure everything is in the correct position, and possible wrinkles are removed.
