Description: I had a good one arm pull up training session recently, so I thought I'd throw out a little strength update. I recorded one previous PR on the Beastmaker 2000 middle edge almost 2 years ago: youtu.be/uGYQ8WRXGYw , back then I was relatively fit as I prepared for Modeselektor 8c+ (my hardest route so far, which I sent two days later). I could do a body weight one arm pull up with right hand, but failed that lift with left, at a similar body weight as today (~65kg). Comparing that with todays lifts, I improved only slightly, but at your limit even small improvements have to be celebrated :P The exact training experiment that led to these results can be checked out @ patreon.com/manithemonkey .
