Description: Join me as I return to my moss bushcraft shelter I constructed last fall. I build a small firewood storage area, collect water from a natural spring, and cook up a delicious campfire meal. The shelter is holding up great. It's been about 11 months since I first made it, and it's still standing firm and the moss roof still looks great. Probably next summer I will have to do some touch-ups to the roof, but for this trip it was plenty sufficient cover. The meal I cooked was a simple campfire dish that tastes great and is sure to fill up a hungry belly. It consisted of two potatoes, one onion, a few pepperonis, seasoning, and some oil. The potatoes and onion were chopped up then fried in the oil until golden brown. They were covered with a healthy dose of seasoning for flavour. Once the vegetables were cooked I added the sliced pepperoni and cooked the dish for a few more minutes before eating. It's a delicious meal and one of my favourites to make over the campfire. Thank you to everyone who watches, I hope you enjoy it. Be sure to subscribe if you want to be informed when I upload future videos.
