The whole class was waiting for their new history teacher to arrive, as their last teacher was out on maternity leave. All of a sudden, the door opened and a young, attractive man walked into the classroom - Lucy and her friends could hardly believe their eyes. Then, they were even MORE shocked when they realized that the really cute guy was their new teacher! Lucy and her friends started giggling and talking about the new teacher - they couldn't resist gossiping about the situation! They were eventually told to settle down and stop talking during class, but Lucy couldn't stop gushing over the news. She HAD to continue the conversation with her best friend, so she decided to write her a note. But before she could pass the note to her friend, Lucy was spotted by her teacher. He grabbed the note right out of her hand and took it to the front of the class to read. Lucy was SHOCKED, and she begged him to keep the note private! However, Lucy's new teacher insisted on reading the note to the whole class. He started to read it out loud, and as he did, he instantly became red with embarrassment - the note was ALL about how cute Lucy thought he was and how she wanted to MARRY HIM! Lucy turned red, the teacher turned red, and the entire class burst out laughing! Her teacher apologized, but he asked to see Lucy after class. When class was over, Lucy went up to his desk and apologized. She said it was all just a joke and that it would never happen again. It was SO uncomfortable and embarrassing, and she had to hold back her tears. When the conversation was finally over, Lucy ran to the bathroom and started crying. Her best friend ran into the bathroom to check on her, and they reflected on how horrible the moment was. She must have said to herself, "I was so embarrassed when my teacher read my note to the class!"
