Description: Something I made, taught, & filmed last Friday. I was trying to switch up the mood a complete 180 from the last video. My legs were in so much pain from trying to dance fast again the past couple weeks that I had to slow it down to try and give them a rest. Plus just exercising simplicity and patience considering a lot of my choreography work involves much intricacy.
