Description: The following video consists of Shayna Hubers 911 call after she shot and killed her on and off boyfriend, Ryan Poston, along with crime scene photos within Ryan's apartment the night of the murder. Followed by excerpts from footage of Shayna in the police interrogation room giving details of the killing. Shayna was informed she had the right to remain silent, but before investigators got to ask her any questions she took it upon her self to talk and talk and talk, to whoever was in the room with her at the time. This isn't Hubers full police interview. I looked extensively for it, but it doesn't seem to be available online. I did find a bunch of clips though from various sources, about 10 minutes worth of footage. On October 12, 2012, Ryan Carter Poston, an attorney at law from Fort Mitchell, Kentucky was shot to death by his girlfriend Shayna Hubers. After a sensational trial in the Campbell County, Kentucky circuit court, Hubers was convicted of murder on April 23, 2015. She was sentenced to 40 years in the Kentucky Department of Corrections on August 14, 2015. On August 25, 2016, Hubers' conviction was overturned on appeal when one of the jurors in her murder trial was revealed to be a convicted felon.
