Description: My second VGM adventure with @Jake Allen Music and TJ, this time joined by Lexi on flute and keys! ► Jake's Channel: youtube.com/user/HollowSoundOfMelody ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I've had numerous comments over the years with requests to play tracks from Chrono Trigger so the game and its OST had been an intriguing prospect for some time, but having not played the game yet myself, I wasn't quite sure which track would be best to tackle until Jake suggested Secret of the Forest, which of course I loved immediately! We decided that in addition to recreating the track as-is, as I usually like to do, that we'd try adding some of our own flair to the repeat - it's a departure for me in a way to deviate from the source material, but appropriate to start injecting more individual personality into the things I'm playing, now that I'm more writing-focused. I'm really pleased with how this turned out and really excited to be working with some truly wonderful musicians thanks to the internet.
