From beginning to end, there are layers of flavor in this dish. I don’t mess with that store-bought seafood boil seasoning, I prefer to make my own. It’s so easy and so tasty! Since I’m allergic to crayfish, I’ve left it out, but you can definitely add them, if you wish. The final touch is the creole garlic butter sauce. Lawd, this stuff is divine!
