However, after I bought it and then use it, I realized that some videos about wireless Go 2, lead people to extra expenses. And there are issues that are not mentioned in the videos. For example, you do not need to buy expensive cables to connect the Rode Wireless Go 2 mics to your iPhone or any iOS device. Just a cheap Apple Lightning to USB 3 adapter is enough. This is a Lightning Male to USB 3.0 Female Adapter OTG. It is small and easy to carry. Let me show you how it works. If you have an Android phone with C-type or MacBook, you can use a USB-C to USB 3 version of the OTG, but you should choose the right one that needs compatible with Android. Moreover, with your iPhone or Android device, you can directly control your mics with the Rode Central application. In some videos, there are people who try to connect it to the computer with a TRS cable. If you try to connect it with TRS cable, you need to buy an additional cable. The cables that come out of the box will not be enough for you. You can connect it to your computer in this way only with a Type C cable that comes out of the box. Moreover, when you connect it in this way, you will get a better-quality recording than a TRS cable, since you are recording directly digitally. Then you must find your microphone on your computer and select it. And then, you can record your voice to your computer with RODE's own recording application or with any software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. If you wish, you can connect a headphone to the TRS jack and control of the voice volume. In some videos, they mentioned that Rode Wireless Go 2 transmitters are too big to wear on the collar and they recommend buying extra plugging in lavalier microphones. The internal microphones are very good quality microphones. I think I don't need a lavalier microphone.
