Description: March 9th the Washington Post published numbers showing that about half of the money payed in lawsuits against cops, were from repeat offenders, cops who had been sued multiple times. They collected data on 25 of the nations largest police and sheriff's departments within the past decade, documenting $3.2 billion spent on claims, $1.5 billion of which was spent on settling lawsuits against repeat offenders.
