Description: Reef fishing catch and cook. Graeme loves eating Plaice and also Dabs, his two favourite sea fish for a meal. But they could both be knocked off his top spot by a cooking session in a galley aboard one of Mark Gannon's charter boats. Head chef (and fish catcher!) is Patricia Gannon...who specialises in getting the most natural taste out of sea fish in her guest house "Woodpoint" nestling in the wooded hillside of Courtmacsherry in Southern Ireland... as fast as you could want, the deepwater Ling went straight from the sea to the filleting table, and from there straight into the hot frying pan....MMMmmmm!!!....
