Fitting a 4.3-litre Lexus V8 into a WRX was always going to be challenging, and it was. A lot of custom fabrication was required to get the engine and gearbox to stay bolted to the car, which is quite important. Not satisfied however, Nolan opted for a twin turbo setup.
