This allows you to quickly save the current state of the workbook and prevent the cells from changing. This includes freezing all formulas and linked cells. Note: This method does remove all formulas from all cells and it will then put only the currently visible values into those cells. This can cause you to lose functionality in your workbook - as a result, make sure to run this code on a copy of the original workbook so that you don't lose any important data.
