Description: 3 years ago I decided I wanted to record a duet version of Purple Rain, one of my favorite songs ever, by my favorite artist ever, Prince. Often I find creating a great cover of a classic song even harder than writing a great original song. This was definitely the case with, Purple Rain. I tried out a bunch of different female vocalists before finally coming across the incredible talent of @Rynia Kando on Instagram. Rynia helped take my arrangement to another level with her fluid and virtuosic vocal abilities.
