Description: studiobeeproductions.com What? Processing honey in December? Well, that's exactly what Good Time Charlie and I did. Around mid November we collect all the honey supers we still had on the hives out in the bee yards, about 50 of them, and out of all of those, we had 22 of them with enough honey in them to process. Then, about 3 weeks later, we got around to spinning the honey from them, and the yield was over 600 pounds of tallow/privet/ goldenrod mix.....and excellent blend if I must say so myself. We went old school on the uncapping of the frames...by hand, and for a couple of old guys we did pretty good getting the job done. We both missed the uncapping machine, but we will be using it come spring time. I hope you enjoy the video, and thanks for watching. Merry Christmas, and God's peace to all! Mr. Ed
