However after making what we were calling Darth Tater (because the coloing was so spot on to Lord Vader) we realized that making a potato launcher out of foam core ABS is probably not the best way to go. The reason is because foam core is not meant to hold pressure and was really designed in drainage applications So for this reason we wanted to rebuild our potato launcher and then see if we could get a little artsy and fill potatoes with paint and create the first ever potato launcher painting! Note: making a potato launcher and using one can be SUPER dangerous. Only build and use with adult supervision and take the extreme caution necessary when launching. Also, make sure to let the PVC glue dry up to 24 hours… this is key so that the launcher doesn’t blow up!
