A pivot point is created indicator developed by the traders (mainly) in the commodities markets to find and spot potential turning points where the price is expected to react from. In the forex and other markets, day traders use pivot points to determine potential levels of support and resistance and levels they expect the market to bounce off, and therefore possible turning points from bullish to a bearish direction or vice versa. Hidden divergence is a technical condition between the price on the chart and the MACD indicator (I use MACD, other indicators can be used too). This technical condition allows us to join the ongoing trend at the most optimal timing and ride the trend.
