Description: Stretch your pike if you want to improve your flexibility for the the kip-up, the wushu stretch kicks, or if you want to tie your shoe laces. This routine takes 8 minutes and you should be able to get down within 30 days. If this is the first time in you life you bend forward, it can take up to 90 days. Do all the stretches as good as you can without rounding your back. The first 6 minutes are for everybody. The end is only for ninjas and gummi-bears.
