I spent a lot of time modeling the hurleys in Aspire, getting the shape of the hurley just right and setting up the double sided machining. I bought a big slab of ash, which Hurleys are typically made from, and fired up the CNC router to see how many hurleys I could squeeze out of one piece of wood. Spoiler, the answer is three and a half.
