First pulls the Peeps apart. Put them on a decorative straw. Melt vanilla candy melt. Dip the peeps in the candy melt, swirl, and put in a glass to dry. You can dip them again once dried if you want a second coating. Dip the small candy balls into some candy melts and attach them to the dried peeps so it looks like a bunny tail.
