Description: This is a Path of Exile Flicker Strike Build 3.8 Guide. It can be played on a budget and taken all the way into the very end-game. Become a Patreon: bit.ly/LNB-Patreon ⭐ Flicker Strike got buffed in 3.7 Legion and now has a 20% chance to generate a Frenzy charge on hit. This now means it doesn't necessarily have to rely on weapons such as the Terminus Est or the Oro's Sacrifice weapons to function. This build uses the Tidebreaker mace. Via this, we are able to effectively scale the damage of Flicker Strike via endurance charges and through this also effectively stun pretty much any enemy and boss in the game (as long as they aren't stun immune). This is basically a PoE 3.8 Flicker Strike Stun build guide, that has been designed to be a fast mapper with great clear speed and survivability in mind. I have defeated anything up to and including The Shaper and it is thus easily end-game viable. I haven't attempted the uber elder as this is not what this build was designed for and I am not sure I would put the "uber elder viable" tag on it - there are better builds suited for that role. I decided on the Ascendant build variation, but you can also play it as the Slayer or even Berserker if you prefer. Import the build into Path of Building to see the build details.
