Description: In this video I upgrade the batteries in a 1999 Club Car (Golf Cart). The battery is made of 221 individual SPIM08HP lithium-ion polymer cells from battery hookup. The battery is constructed in a 13S17P configuration. The bus bars are made from 3/8" aluminum square stock. The new batteries weigh less than half of what the original batteries weighed.
