Description: How young is too young to run a full, 26-mile marathon? That’s a question many are asking in the wake of news that 6-year-old Rainier Crawford took part in Cincinnati’s annual “Flying Pig” marathon with his parents and siblings. The little boy finished the race in 8 hours, 36 minutes. Rainier’s father, Ben Crawford, says the boy was not forced to run, but was allowed to because he “begged” to join the rest of his family.
