This Disney Villains themed evening included various characters, some rare. One of the first sightings we had was the popular Oogie Boogie, who was greeting at the front of the park. Currently the greetings are still from a distance (some more than others), but regular meet and greets are starting to return to Walt Disney World in a few weeks.
