Description: My 2nd attempt of the 30kg Odin Set (25 pullups with 30kg + 25 pistols with 30kg + 5 muscle ups with 15kg in superset as fast as possible) - I didnt finish 24th rep on the pullups and with basically no rest I went straight to pistols - that changed it all this time (on my first attempt I had about 3 min rest in between). I could only do 22 pistols and go straight to throw up and die for about one hour only lay on the ground so no more muscle ups after.. Thats my 31st birthday night training in short. As the rest of my sets I created from Thorn to Hanma Yujiro etc.. you will probably never see this Odin superset done by anyone because of leg neglecting and rare pistol training/skills in the workout game but I challenge everybody from the whole calisthenics/workout community and give you example that its possible. Now its up to you to just add those few reps that I couldnt. Salute Raw Army.
