Description: Here it is: foundation.app/theflippist Well it seems like everybody else is cashing in on the NFT craze...artists, newspapers, meme-makers...are all making sooo much money! Then I remembered...Ooo...I LIKE MONEY! So I’m offering this flipbook (and more) as my first NFT. Not to oversell it, but it’s definitely one of the first and finest NFT flipbooks in all of recorded human history. As depicted, I’m keeping my expectations low...but if I top that $0 mark, I’ll feel pretty good about it. There's definitely a separate conversation to be had about the environmental effect, and the ‘cash grab vs creative freedom’ aspect. But for now, I’ll just give it a whirl. If NFTs are new to you, (Hi Mom!🥰) I’ll let you fall down that Google wormhole, but basically it’s a way of buying/owning a digital work (like this here flipbook video), turning them into traceable one-of-a-kind collectables. Kind of like ‘buying a star’ for yourself/someone ..with the star’s “owner” written in some traceable database. *I think?* 🤷🏻‍♂️
