Description: Surrounded by mountains in Tai Hang, Hong Kong, the 59sqm Candy Cube Residence is a futuristic gallery-like apartment; designed by architect Nelson Chow to separate its owner from the bustle of the city. Originally a two bedroom home, the apartment was gutted to remove everything but the structural walls, and re-designed into a series of concealed rooms that spread outward from the living and dining space. With a single bedroom embedded in the living area inside a cube, creating a room within a room that also functions as a backdrop for the dining area. Featuring a mix of muted tones and bright accent colours, Candy Cube reflects the potential of apartment buildings in our cities to be continually custimixed and improved. #smallapartment #architecture #interiordesign Music: Arabesque No.1 by Alon Peretz Produced by New Mac Video Agency Creator: Colin Chee Director: Alan Leung Camera: April Pang Producer: Lindsay Barnard Editor: Jessica Ruasol
