A unique scalloped balcony screen allowed iR architecture to incorporate the balcony into an expanded living area. The bedroom was relocated and separated from the living area with a combined storage/shelving unit that slides underneath the bed. Polished concrete throughout connects each part of the home, leading through to the bathroom where a multifunctional ladder allows access to the rooftop terrace.
