Preheat oven to 375F. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, diced green chilis, and the remaining dry ingredients on the list until well mixed. 3. Season chicken according to taste using seasonings above. 4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chicken. 5. Top with the mexican style cheese. 6. Cover with foil and bake for 35-45 min or until chicken is cooked through. 7. Serve over cauliflower rice and serve along side a salad such as the cobb salad in the video!
