Description: I have been using rice water treatments for month and my hair have never been this healthy!!!! I’m bringing you footage from the 4 weeks of use and giving you all my current recipe! TAG ME if you try this @kayleymelissa Rice Water Pt. 1: ---⟣ - RICE WATER RECIPE - ⟢--- Ingredients ---------------------------- ☼ 1 cup rice ☼ 2 cups water ☼ Grapefruit Peel (as much as you like) ☼1 tsp Fo Ti Root ☼ ½ TBSP Shikakai extract Steps ---------------------------- 1. Wash Hands 2. Rinse rice to remove contaminants (the Yao women keep the rice from this step) 3. Mix Rice and Water and scrub for 5 minutes (up to 10 if ya fancy) 4. Strain out the rice and transfer water to pot 5. Add grapefruit peel, fo ti, and shikakai  6. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes 7. When cooled transfer to container and store in a cabinet for 3-7 days.  Application ---------------------------- Transfer to spray or squirt bottle and apply roots to ends until saturated. *Avoid Eyes. Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes. In the shower before rinsing, give your scalp a gentle scrub.
