Description: I realized exercise was helping my anxiety when one day I noticed my head was quieter than usual. The loud buzzing hum that constantly filled every nook and cranny between thoughts and daydreams was simply not there. Exercise is not my favorite (arguably one of my least favorite) tool in my self-care box, but imagining how grumpy my anxiety is being /over there/ and not in my head is worth it for me.
