The entree in this one is Ratatouille. These Halal MREs do not have as long of a shelf life as standard MREs. They're only expected to last about a year. This one is nearing five years old, and that is definitely stretching the shelf life. Some of the components have definitely gone bad. These Halal MREs would NOT be a good choice for long term storage!
