Description: This video covers the final segment of our Mr Cool ductless mini split ac system in the new shop space. We'll show how we installed the air handlers and line guards on the interior wall and all of the outdoor condensers including the final fit and finish. These unit are 36,000 BTU each (3 ton) and are designed to be a do-it-yourself installation. With a little help from a friend, some basic hand tools and a 3-1/2" hole saw, you can install one of these systems yourself in your own garage or workspace. They do require a dedicated 220V 30 amp circuit. These 4 units should provide great cooling and heating needs in my shop. They'll help keep the humidity down to help prevent unwanted moisture and rust buildup on machines and tools, and also keep the air temps comfortable. A great addition to any workspace!
