Description: Chicken Momos Ingredients: For Momo Wraps Maida - 1 cup Salt - to taste Water - as required Knead the dough with salt and water for 5-7 minutes and rest it for 15 minutes. Then roll a big thin roti and cut the dough with a glass as shown Chicken filling Chicken mince- 400g Cabbage - 150g Ginger- 1 tsp Garlic - 1 tsp Spring onion- few Coriander leaves - few sprigs Chicken masala - pinch Butter - 1 tb spn Salt - to taste Mix all the above ingredients well and stuff it in the momo wraps as shown Steam the momos for 18-20 minutes Momo chutney Tomatoes- 3 Green chillies- 5 Garlic cloves- 4 Timur - Szechwan pepper- 1/2 tsp Soya bean - 1 tsp Cumin- 1 tsp Sesame - 1 tsp Lemon - 1 wedge Salt - to taste Water - as Required Dry roast the masala on a pan and keep aside. Char the vegetables on direct flame and chop them. Grind them to a fine paste and dipping consistency
