The neck pattern will cover just two guitar strings. In fact, this simple shape will prove that sometimes the more notes you have the harder it can be to find the coolest sound and most readily available scale tones for your best sounding guitar licks! Many guitar players will argue that in order to build great solos and play really cool licks you would need a complex mix of; scales, pentatonics and arpeggios. But, this lesson will go on prove that concept wrong. We will learn how to create killer licks & lines from small simplistic neck shapes and we’ll do it all way easier than you could with complex shapes.
