I have done a basic translation below :) cookpad.com/recipe/1723582 Ingredients: 8 Strawberries 240g Bean Paste 100g Glutinous Rice Flour 100g Sugar 120ml Water 2 Tbsp Potato Starch 1. Wash and de-stem the strawberries. 2. Roll the bean paste into 8 balls that weigh 30g each 3. Place a square of glad wrap in your hand and press the paste into a disc. Place a strawberry in the centre and work the paste up the sides of the strawberry leaving the top uncovered. 4.Place all rice flour into a bowl and add the water and sugar. Stir until combined and sugar has dissolved. 5. Microwave partially covered for 2 minutes. Mix well and repeat for another 1 minute. 6. Spread potato starch onto a surface and turn out mochi onto the starch. 7. While still warm, separate mochi into 8 balls. Shape into a disk and place strawberry TOP DOWN on top.
