All you need is one sheet of foam board and some kind of a wooden dowel for the handle. In this video I also show you a couple of neat tricks for working with foam board. You just need 1 sheet of foam board 20x30 inches and 5mm thick, a wooden dowel about 14 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter, some glue, some paint and optionally some mod podge to seal and preserve it.
