You can also find me here: INSTAGRAM: instagram.com/jonny.photos FACEBOOK: facebook.com/KitchenWithJonny TWITTER: twitter.com/jonnymejia23 INGREDIENTS 3 Tbsp of cooking oil 1 lb sirloin steak cut in thin slices Salt and pepper 3 plum tomatoes, quartered half of a large red onion, sliced 1/3 cup beef broth 2 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar Cilantro about 1/2 lb french fries, baked or fried INSTRUCTIONS 1. Season beef with salt and pepper to taste. In a large skillet over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil, i used corn oil. Allow the oil to get hot then add the beef and cook just until the beef is fully cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the pan onto a plate. 2. In a small jug, mix together beef broth, soy sauce and vinegar and set aside. 3. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the pan and cook onion until it is softened, about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minutes or less. 4. Return beef to the and stir in beef broth mixture. Turn off the heat, toss with french fries. Add chopped cilantro.
