The Loki song is a bit odd. Of the Disney+ shows so far I think this is the weakest theme song. There isn't really a memorable melody and the time signature feels like it's off but it all 3/4. There's an extra bar added and it really throws off the feel. It also doesn't help that the drums don't follow a predictable pattern at all, so it's very hard to keep time with it. Overall I love the vibe of the song, with the heavy parts and pulling back to the quiet synth/keys part, but it's not as good as the others, in my opinion. The show, however, has gotten off to a much better start than the other two. I'm a sucker for time travel movies/shows, so this is right up my alley. It sets up the world and wider Marvel universe and also sets up the "twist" about Loki, which is a good cliffhanger for the first episode. Can't wait for Episode 2!
