And I used canned pinto beans, not dried. Chickpea green salad ~ previous vid youtube.com/watch?v=C9hfKCuwico&t=428s Mac n Cheese This was a version somewhere in between the coconut milk cheese sauce a subscriber sent me in my 100k special pt2 and the one I made for my thanksgiving video. I basically used the coconut milk based recipe and added some cream cheese + store-bought vegan cheddar to the sauce while whisking & also added earth balance vegan butter to the noodles after draining to make it extra comfort food-y but not quiiite as much as the thanksgiving version. Herby veg soup ~ sauce onions (and garlic, I didn’t add garlic because I was using a garlic broth base) ~ add & saute celery, add salt & pepper ~ add veggies from longest to shortest cook times & continue sautéing (I keep it low/medium) ~ add bouillon, seasonings, herbs, bay leaf, etc. ~ add drained & rinsed beans (if I were doing lentils I would’ve added them before the veggies) ~ add a bunch of water (not too much, you can always add more) ~ then I just bring to a boil & taste.
