In this workshop we will explore a novel form of teaching which engages students on a deeper level by asking them to teach - and it allows you to spend your grading time actually teaching. Each week, teach your material how you like but at the end of the week, have EACH student record themselves teaching the core topic to the rest of the class. You'll record yourself watching that video, pausing theirs so you can comment on what they are saying, and giving real time personalized feedback related to their understanding or misunderstanding of the material. Post the "A" level videos to the rest of the class and watch as students learn from their peers, become motivated by their comments, and get the best guidance from you. In this workshop we will show data on this method, hear from students, and see just how quick and easy it is to do in practice.
