Description: Learn how to make Eggless Chocochip Cookies at home to go with your tea, coffee, milk etc with this easy recipe Ingredients 115gms butter ( I used salted ) 125 gms brown sugar ( use white sugar if you don’t have brown) 175 gms flour 1 tspn vanilla essence ( ops which I forgot to put ) 2 tbspns water 1 n 1/2 tspns baking powder 1 tspn of oil 50 gms of dark chocolate ( can use pure chocolate or compound ) 50 gms of milk chocolate ( can use pure chocolate or compound ) You may add good quality choco chips instead. Method Beat the butter and sugar , add the flour and vanilla essence ( I forgot ) then in a small bowl add water, oil n baking powder and mix , it will froth up add to the cookie dough , mix well . Add the chopped chocolates . Using the spatula combine everything nicely. Cover and chill in the freezer for 10 mins or in the fridge for 30 mins to an hour . Make balls of 48 to 50 grams and pace in a greased baking tray Bake in a preheated oven at 150/160 degrees for around 20 mins. They may seem too soft but once they cool down they will be crispy and done. Store in an airtight container Tip Double chocolate chip cookies You can add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and 2 extra tablespoons of water. For Nutella cookies Add 2 tbspns of Nutella and 50gms of chopped chocolate . You may add a few pieces of chocolate on the top of the cookies before baking too.
