Description: Ingredients A packet of digestive biscuits (You use ur fave biscuit too) 2 cups of chilled whipping cream 285gms mascarpone cheese 6 tspns coffee for the syrup U can add ab 3/4 tbspns kahlua or any sweet wine but I don’t use alcohol . 1 n 1/2 cups of water 2 tspns of sugar (opt) A few tspns of drinking chocolate Coffee liquor ( I just made mine simply with 2 to 3 teaspoons of coffee n a teaspoon of water ) Method Roast the biscuits in the oven Cool Whip the cream till very soft peaks Whip the mascarpone till smooth Combine both with the coffee liquor Make the coffee syrup with luke warm water and sugar. Assembling In each glass add a tspn of the warm syrup and one biscuit roughly crushed and one more tspn of the coffee syrup . Pipe the mascarpone n cream mixture and dust with cocoa powder. Serve chilled. I also piped some of the mascarpone n cheese mixture on the digestive biscuits for a bite size dessert . Serve chilled I used an icing bag fitted with a big star nozzle. If you don’t have mascarpone cheese use indian sandesh (mixture of paneer n sugar , blend until very smooth ) I have used a kitchen aid beater but I do recommend the national Panasonic hand beater it’s fabulous.
