Some clothes pegs . Fold the butter paper as demonstrated. And spread 2 tblspns of some warm chocolate starting from the centre. Try and make an oval shape. Fold the paper from one side and secure with clothes pegs. Now do the same thing on the other side but make it more tighter. Pls see the video. Difficult to explain. Easier to watch ;) Freeze for about 5 mins. Remove the chocolate sail from the butter paper very very carefully if it breaks remelt the chocolate and start again. After a few tries it will be easy. Trust me. You can use dark , milk or white chocolate. You can colour the white chocolate with food colour ( just drop) or gel colours. You may also dust the chocolate sails with gold / silver dust too.
