Description: This video first teaches you how to make a quick chocolate truffle sauce using chopped chocolate, any cream and butter. The key is to microwave it in 3 stages of 20 seconds, 20 seconds and then 10 seconds. You mix the truffle well after each stage. If you do this in one shot you might burn the chocolate. Once all is melted you can add butter which is optional for a better taste. Once the butter melts your truffle sauce is ready. Let it cool down. You can use this for covering your cakes, if it is too thick you can add more cream to make it thinner.
