Description: Pork was cooked in a typical northeast style. We caught small river fish by using ancient traditional method of poisoning the fishes with a special tree bark. The juices from the bark are secreted by smashing with wooden sticks. The poisonous juices gets mixed with the water and the fishes can be found floating on the water unconscious. The fishes are then cooked in bamboos with chilli and salt. Water is not added because the water has to come out from the fish. This technic of cooking makes the food more tasty in a unique way.
