After being purchased by a dog flipper, Indigo moved through 5 different homes before ultimately being hit by a car. She was left without veterinary care for a week, during which time she was unable to stand her foot was literally rotting away. After three weeks in the hospital and a metal plate implanted to keep her leg together, Indigo joined our family as our foster dog. She is a ball of chaos and we couldn't love her more.
