Waiting for the outcomes of various doctor visits for dad (still feeling grateful he's out of the hospital! and he has had some "wins" this week), having the feeling around the house that I'm "just getting through"- not with my usual zest. Trying to parent three youngsters and allow myself to laugh even though another side of me is stressed. Seeing our world on the news and feeling such fear for people. You might think, gosh Em, then take a break from making videos! But they are always a bright spot. A place I feel I can funnel my happy (because it's very much in there) even during harder times personally. They are something I feel I am given God's grace to do, and continue to do with enthusiasm.
